Our contribution to the planner selection process of the City of Zurich for the refurbishment of a residential and commercial building on Limmattalstrasse in Zurich-Höngg was awarded 1st place! Excerpt from the jury report: "The team shows a very good understanding of the central issues of the task: The proposal systematically prioritises low-cost interventions as a design driver and improves the cramped spaces. The project idea has a big impact with small interventions and cleverly uses the potential of the existing building by sharpening previously unused qualities. (...) The panel congratulates Wagner Vanzella for their careful and innovative contribution ..." We look forward to working on this project together!
